Zucchini and pumpkin seed pesto pasta #grainfree 

I lightly sauteed fresh spiral zucchini noodles and red onion in some avacado oil, threw in some sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts then blended in the raw pumpkin seed pesto.

For pesto I pulsed raw sprouted pumpkin seeds, EVOO, lemon juice, Himalayan pink salt and garlic powder until it was a smooth

Fudgie brownie bites. Super rich and loaded with antioxidants, protein and healthy fats!

1/2 cup organic coconut butter
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/8 cup organic coconut oil
1/2 avacado, smooth and blended
1/2 cup chopped raw pecans
1/4 cup-1/2 cup organic raw honey (more or less for desired sweetness)
1/4 cup cranberries (optional)
Splash of filtered water
Dash of Pink Himalayan sea salt
Cap of organic vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients over low heat until batter is soft, smooth and not runny. Let cool for ten minutes or so to solidify a bit then shape into brownie bites/balls or spoon into small parchment paper muffin cups.
